FAQ ORDERS

How do I know if the purchase I made was successful?
When you make a purchase with Kristal-limited.com
We will send you a confirmation e-mail with the details. If you haven’t received a confirmation e-mail within 24 hours of your purchase, please check your spam folder and if you still can’t find anything, please contact us. We do our best to ship out your order within 24 hours.

I’m having trouble placing an order. Is there someone I can contact?

Is there any minimum order value?
Yes, for orders outside of Europe €65

I have received an incorrect product.
If you received an incorrect product in your order such as the wrong size or item, please contact us with your order number, the name of the product and we will make sure to help you out.

I’m missing a product in my package
If you are missing a product in your order, we ask you to contact us with your order number and the name of the missing product and we will help you further.
If your package was damaged or opened when you received it, we ask you to directly contact your post office or the delivery service as well to make a claim for this. In this case, we would also appreciate if you would send us a picture of the damaged parcel.

Can I track my order?
Yes! You will receive a direct link to your tracking in your shipping confirmation. Simply click on the link to view the up to date tracking for your order.

I haven’t received my order.
The estimated delivery time for your order depends on which country you’re ordering from.
You can see the specific delivery times on the delivery & returns page.
If you are still waiting for your order after the delivery time has passed, please contact our customer service and we will help you further!


FAQ RETURN

What is your return policy.
If you are not 100 % satisfied with your recent Kristal Limited purchase, you are more than welcome to return products that are in original condition for a full refund?, within 30 days after you have received your order.

How do I make a return?

Fill in the contact form on the website (link), please put in the subject box ‘return + order number’
We will contact you within 48 hours, and reply with the return information.
This mail includes a link to the shipping company. Here you can (if you have to) pay your returning fee, and download a return sticker to put on your package. If the link is not working please contact us again.

Can I exchange an item?
Yes, just fill in the form and repeat the return process.

Can I exchange an item on sale?
Yes, only if you want to exchange an item.

Have you received my return?
We will send you an e-mail if we have received your order. The timing depends on how fast the shipping is.

Can I add/or change something in my order after I placed it?
Unfortunately not! Once your order is placed and imported to our system we have no ability to edit it or make any changes for you.

The payment methods vary between different countries, you will see your specific payment options when you are at at the checkout.

I have returned my order, when do I get my refund?
After we have received the return package in good order we will refund you the money within 14 days.
